SOLARFLARE Preview
SOLARFLARE is a turn-based, tactical roguelike in a sci-fi dystopia. The enemies keep getting stronger, but you keep gaining Upgrades. Can you carve your way through 5 corporate strongholds?

Co-op
You can play alongside a friend! When you click a button to buy Upgrades, those Upgrades will only apply to you. Synergize!
One of you will have to host; click the Host Game button, and give your friend the join code. They will enter the join code, and click Join Game. Once the host sees a Player Count of 2, they can start the game by clicking Start Game.
WARNING: Co-op is currently in an unstable place. If that makes you sad, let me know!
Upgrades
Before each stage, your Upgrade menu will pop up. That's your chance to buy new Upgrades with Upgrade Points (UP), which improve your character. Hover over the icons to see what they do. You can and should buy an Upgrade multiple times: each time you click the button, you get another rank of the Upgrade.
Each time an enemy dies, all players gain one UP.
After each stage, you'll unlock new Upgrades! That's metaprogression, baby. Buy them if they fit your build, or pivot your build, or I guess rage-restart so you can try a different build that uses the stuff you just unlocked.
Known Issues
This is a prototype, so there are a near-infinite number of known issues. But to name a few that will certainly change before we release an official demo:
- Most Upgrades do not have icons.
- Your character is chosen randomly at the beginning of the mission.
